A lot of CrossCulture’s work is with real teams, using individual profiles rather than nationality generalisations. Research has shown that most diverse teams fail, but the best-performing teams of all are also diverse…

The slideshow below explores the cultural dynamics of some members of our team at CrossCulture. Even though the majority is British, some of us are affected by coming from multicultural families and by having lived abroad – so there is still plenty of diversity in personal styles.

‘Mapping’ where you are in your team is the first step to great performance. The next step is deciding together how to bridge any gaps, then planning how to integrate different approaches for a winning result.
