The Tutors
Our tutors are all skilled professionals in their field, selected not only for their didactic and pedagogical talents, but also for their ability to relate to and quickly understand the issues of most concern to the clients. Our staff have typically worked in business or other professional areas, and are well-travelled and culturally aware. Normally all our tutors are educated to university degree level and tend to have formal teaching qualifications.
Richard Lewis Communications (RLC) puts each and every teacher through a detailed and expansive induction process; developing and fine tuning their skills in our methodology and our approach – such as the tailoring with each student. We pride ourselves on having a strong, reliable and long standing pedagogical team and continuously look to strengthen and expand this. We encourage our tutors to work at different locations throughout our group, especially at our UK residential centre, Riversdown House, where the ‘immersion concept’ training approach is conveyed and delivered.
