Cross-Cultural Leadership Development
We are pleased to announce a new service, led by Björn Stenholm, a Swedish-speaking Finn, who joins our team.
We continue to offer training in Leading across Cultures of global differences in leadership styles, taking culture as its starting-point, but the new service differs in that it takes business challenges as its starting-point, and frames them in a cross-cultural context.
Some of the areas covered include:
- Change management
- Motivational management
- Leadership for knowledge workers
- Building high performing teams
- Relationship building – the way to real partnership
- Influencing skills and strategies
- Mental strength and Creativity
The approach is practical, rooted in the real world and aimed specifically at organisations that need to change their existing ways of working and implement new strategies to achieve their goals.
The method is to start with a thorough analysis, then set clear and measurable goals with the management team, and a plan for achieving them. Different roles can be taken to suit the situation or phase in the process – such as consultant, trainer, coach or contract manager. The working language can be English, Swedish or Finnish.
When your organisation needs to implement change, get your ‘crew’ ready for new adventures, and needs to do that across cultures, then contact us at leadership@crossculture.com to arrange an exploratory discussion.
