Cultural input – aim: to make sure the students are prepared to handle different attitudes, priorities and perspectives, that they can modify their message and style if necessary and that their message achieves the desired effect. E.g. how to motivate target cultures, how to empathise with them, decision-making, listening habits, communications patterns, etc.
