Business Communication Programmes

Business is about one thing and one thing only, the building and management of internal and external relationships. To build relationships in English requires effective language skills but that is not enough. We need to be able to communicate as well. Communication is about understanding the relationship consequences of what happens every time we open our mouth, or write a document. This involves not only understanding the language but knowing how to use it as a tool for achieving a business objective.
There is a gap between learning business English and doing business in English. We are here to close that gap.
What we do:
Our business communication programmes are closed programmes and are designed together with your organisation.
We work with groups who have a real business relationship and a real task to solve. The training programme becomes the vehicle for increasing their communication skills, developing their ability to work together as a team and producing something of value for your company.
This process is the application of learning to your day to day business development. Programmes normally are in two to three phases and always deliver a product in the form of a project back to the sponsor within your company.
In short, we teach language, train communication skills, reflect on your business context and apply learning to that context in order to deliver a specific and measurable outcome back to your organisation.
