Tailored learning solutions for the busy professional
Programmes at Riversdown House typically last from 1-4 weeks, with arrivals on Sunday and departures on Saturday morning.
The length of the course usually depends on:
- Your current communications skills level
- The number and complexity of your training objectives
- Your overall personal development budget
Each training programme at Riversdown House is carefully tailored to the precise needs of the participant, as follows:
- Before you come to Riversdown House, we analyse your current level and discuss your training objectives. This can be carried out over the phone, or face-to-face by one of our overseas representatives.
- The week before your course, we choose a senior consultant to oversee your programme. He / she works together with two to three other experienced consultants to form your pedagogical team.
- On the first Monday of your programme, you work closely with your senior consultant to confirm the elements of your course, and quickly get up and running with the learning process. During your time at Riversdown House, the structure of your programme may change in line with the pace of your development.
Formal tuition is from Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00.
Generally the training format is one-to-one, though we also create interactive simulations bringing 2-5 participants together, where beneficial.
