Richard Lewis Communications introduces Coaching to its Product Portfolio
We now offer a full range of business coaching services to our clients. We see coaching as an extension of the work we already do with advanced communication skills. The focus is entirely on the organisation and how, through coaching support, performance can be improved and sustained. Our key words with coaching are “recruit, retain, perform, sustain”. Examples of programmes already delivered include: “Manager as Coach” for a global telecommunications company; carrying out a “Dream Team” survey and then making way-forward recommendations for a global pharmaceutical company; individual cultural and local business awareness coaching for a retail manager moving to a new culture; and personal coaching for an executive changing roles from area manager to national operations manager.
